All orders that are received before 3pm between Monday - Friday are sent out on the same day.  Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday morning (or Tuesday if there has been a bank holiday).

Free Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

Next day delivery - £6.99 

All orders over £60.00 will be sent via a tracked service. Sometimes this might be next day delivery.

International Shipping - £9.99

International orders usually take up to 7 working days. However this can sometimes take longer during busy periods. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, we kindly ask that the item is still in brand new condition. If the seal on the palette is broken we cannot accept the return due to hygiene reasons. Please feel free to contact us on our online chat or via email if you have any further questions. As soon as you place your order, we're on it! Meaning unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes or amendments as it's already being processed at our warehouse. You'll need to place another order or return any unwanted items, sorry for any inconvenience.
